How we count. About 1 in 5 customers messages you first, through your website chat or a contact form: that is what the plan counts. Bookings are never counted. With texts, every booking gets one reminder, plus a text back after each call if you have the phone too. With phone calls, about 1 in 4 customers ring, for around 2 minutes. Your real numbers will differ a little, and you can move up or down a step any month.
A receptionist costs about £2,000 a month, takes lunch and clocks off at six. At your size, subba costs £9.99 a month.

Texts, phone calls and the website only show up if you tick them, priced from their own small price lists.

Plans start at £9.99 a month, less than a single appointment for most trades, and subba books the customers you'd otherwise miss: the late-night message, the call you couldn't take. Yes, if you also have texts. When someone books over the phone, subba texts their confirmation, and any payment link, to their mobile. It can also text your booking link, website or directions when a caller asks.
Yes. Your plan is free for the first 30 days, and if you cancel before then you pay nothing. Texts and the phone line are billed from the day you add them, and the website once, when you order it.
No contract and no setup fee, so you can cancel anytime. The only one-off is the website, and only if you'd like us to build you one.
Yes. Connect your own Stripe and subba takes a deposit or the full amount when they book, paid straight to you. Deposits cut no-shows and you keep the money.
